Baked Honey Marinated Cod

4x 170 g red cod fillets
¾ cup raw bush honey
½ cup GF soy sauce
⅓ toasted sesame oil
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
1½ tsp New York Cut pepper
1 tsp chopped ginger


Combine SIDS CRAZY LEMON and all ingredients, except the fish, in a medium sized, air-tight mixing bowl. Add cod and marinate in the fridge for 24 hours. Flip over after 12 hours for even marination.
Pre-heat oven to 230°C then prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
Remove cod from marinade and bake in the centre rack for 7-9 minutes until cod is opaque and flakes easily.
