Ingredients

6 NZ asparagus spears
125 g cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp GF horseradish
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
12 thin slices of rare roast beef

Directions

Blanch the asparagus spears and cut into bite-sized lengths. Mix the cream cheese and horseradish together and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Spread the beef with cream cheese mix then wrap around each asparagus spear.
