Ingredients
270 g beef mince
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 tsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
150 ml water
200 g instant potato mix
700 ml water
25 g butter
50 ml milk
180 g flour
Parmesan cheese to taste
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix the beef and SIDS CRAZY LEMON together. Heat the oil in a pan and seal the beef, add SIDS PLUM SAUCE, water and reduce by half. Remove the spiced beef from the pan and allow to cool. Boil water, remove from heat, add instant potato mix and mix thoroughly. Add butter, milk and Parmesan. Mix in the flour then season. Turn the potato onto a floured board and divide required portions. Flatten each portion to 10 mm thick in the centre and taper to the edges. Place a spoonful of the beef filling in the centre of each and gather the edges together. Place the buns on a greased tray, gathered side down and brush with a little beaten egg. Sprinkle with a little SIDS CRAZY LEMON and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until evenly browned.
