Ingredients

2 cups clear chicken broth
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 dashes sesame oil
1 egg
2 tbsp baby peas
1 large spring onion, chopped
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Bring the chicken broth, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and sesame oil to a boil in a saucepan. Beat egg and sprinkle SIDS CRAZY SALT into mix. While stirring slowly in one direction to get the soup moving, pour the beaten egg into the soup in a slow but steady stream down a fork. Gently stir in the peas. Ladle into serving bowls then sprinkle with green onion to serve.
