4 fillets Lemon Fish (shark)
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 cm piece of ginger, julienned
6 spring onions, cut on the diagonal in 1 cm pieces
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil


Preheat oven to 200°C.
Sprinkle fish with SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on size.
In a small skillet, heat peanut oil until it is very hot. Add ginger and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute until fragrant. Add spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir over low heat just to warm it through.
Set cooked fish fillets over white rice and spoon sauce on top of the fillets.
