Ingredients
6 steaks
2 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat the smoker to 120°C.
In a small bowl mix together SIDS SALT & PEPPER and ingredients for dry rub. Rub on all sides of steaks. Put steaks into smoker directly on the rack then close lid.
For medium-rare steaks, cook total of 20 minutes, flip after 10 minutes. For medium steaks, cook total of 40 minutes, flip after 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to rest at least 5 minutes to maintain juiciness.
