Ingredients
280 g radishes, thin sliced
2 small red onions, thin sliced
1 cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tsp salt, to taste
5 whole black peppercorns
Directions
Combine radish and onion slices in a large jar. Mix salt and peppercorns with SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, mix well then pour over radishes and onions.
Cover the jar and chill overnight for the best flavour.
