Ingredients
1 Cos lettuce, small
200 g prawns, cooked
200 g smoked mussels
1 mango, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
¼ cup chopped dill
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ cup aioli
1 tsp Kaitaia Fire, to taste
2 tbsp lime juice
2 limes, in wedges
Directions
Arrange the Cos leaves on a serving platter.
In a large bowl combine the prawns, mussels, mango, avocado and dill. Arrange on the lettuce then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
In a small bowl combine aioli, Kaitaia Fire and lime juice.
Drizzle over the cocktail just before serving and place lime wedges around the edges.
