Ingredients
CHICKEN:--
250 g boneless chicken breast, cubed
¼ cup all purpose flour
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 egg whisked
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
SRIACHA SAUCE:--
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sriracha
3 tbsp water
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
2 spring onions, chopped
Directions
CHICKEN: Preheat oven to 200°C.
Start by breading the chicken. Mix flour, SIDS CRAZY SALT, egg and panko breadcrumbs.
Place chicken onto a baking sheet lined with a silicon baking mat or baking paper.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked and lightly brown on the outside.
Take chicken out of the oven and toss with the Sweet and Spicy Honey Sriracha Sauce.
Serve immediately and garnish with extra red pepper flakes and chopped spring onions.
SRIACHA SAUCE: Add oil and garlic to a large saucepan. Cook for 1 minute. Whisk in soy sauce, honey, sriracha, water and crushed red pepper. Cook sauce on high heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. (About 2 minutes.)
Set aside and keep on low heat until you are ready to toss with the chicken.
