Ingredients
1 kg boneless pork ribs
3 cloves garlic minced
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
On serving day: 1 cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
1. Add all ingredients to a 4 lt sized freezer bag or container for a pressure cooker.
MAKE IT NOW: Transfer contents to either the pressure cooker or crockpot and cook as directed below.
MAKE IT A FREEZER MEAL: Seal bag or container, removing as much air as possible and freeze.
COOK IN A PRESSURE COOKER: From frozen, add contents into a pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes at high pressure then allow 20 minutes for natural release.
From thawed or freshly made, transfer into a pressure cooker. Cook for 45 minutes at high pressure, then allow 20 minutes for natural release.
COOK IN CROCK POT: From frozen, transfer to slow cooker. Cook on LOW 7-8 hours.
From thawed or freshly made, transfer into slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
TO SERVE: After cooking in pressure cooker or slow cooker, remove ribs, discard juices or thicken with some cornflour. Place meat back into pot, add SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and stir gently to coat. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste then serve.
