Sids Hickory Smoke 250 ml (this is NOT a sauce)

Use sparingly or water down and drop onto a briquette in your BBQ to smoke everything in the BBQ.

Basting:- 50 g melted butter or margarine mixed with 5 drops of Sids Hickory Smoke.
Spray a combination of water and Sids Hickory Smoke onto food while grilling, broiling or roasting.

Gas Grilling:- Spray a combination of water and Sids Hickory Smoke onto the lava rocks or ceramic bricks.

Microwaving:- Spray a combination of water and Sids Hickory Smoke onto food before cooking.

A Great Seafood Sauce:- Stir 2 drops of Sids Hickory Smoke into 1 cup or Tartar or Cocktail sauce.

Shake Well before use as solids will settle to the bottom.
