Ingredients

1 kg fresh tuna steaks, cubed
½ cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
½ cup soy sauce
¾ cup chopped spring onions
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp crushed red chilli
2 tbsp finely chopped macadamia nuts

Directions

In a medium size non-reactive bowl, combine tuna, soy sauce, SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, spring onions, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chilli pepper and macadamia nuts then mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
