340 g package sausage patties
½ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat an air fryer to 200°C. Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Sprinkle sausage patties with SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB then put into the basket in 1 layer, working in batches if necessary.
Cook in the air fryer for about 5 minutes. Cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre of a patty reads 70°C, about 3 more minutes.
