Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
¼ cup rice bran oil
500 g potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground cumin
2 tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Lightly brown onion in oil in a frypan. Stir in SIDS CRAZY SALT, cayenne, turmeric and cumin. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, cover pan and cook until potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
