Ingredients

4 centre-cut pork chops
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1½ cups apple cider
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Pat dry 4 centre-cut pork chops with paper towel then sprinkle both sides with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
In 28 cm frypan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Cook pork chops about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown then remove from pan.
In same pan, add 1½ cups apple cider and 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar then cook to a thick, syrupy glaze until reduced by about half. Stir in 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Pour glaze over pork chops for serving.
