Ingredients
2 kg chicken pieces, cooked
100 g dried apricots, quartered
5 tbsp apricot jam
500 ml water
50 g french onion soup
200 ml SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
100 g onions, sliced
20 g butter
Directions
In a large pan, cook onions for 2 minutes.
Whisk together soup mix, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, water and apricot jam then add to pan.
Bring to boil, stirring continuously, then add apricots and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken and simmer until hot.
