Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
¼ cup apricot jam
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp GF soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tsp ginger, grated
2 tsp garlic, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the salmon on a baking dish, brush with the mixture of the apricot preserves, mustards, soy sauce, lime juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, ginger and garlic and bake the oven until the salmon just starts to flake easily, about 10 minutes.
Option: Marinate the salmon in the glaze for 30+ minutes before baking.
