Ingredients
3 tbsp apricot jam
1 tbsp brown sugar
10 whole cardamoms
Large pinch ground allspice
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tsp cornflour
Directions
Using a pestle and mortar grind the cardamom pods then combine SIDS CRAZY SALT and all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl, then spread thickly over the scored fat.
