Ingredients
1 boneless ham, 800 g
Apricot glaze, at room temperature
8 firm apricots halved, stones removed
Directions
Line the airfryer basket with tinfoil. Preheat the airfryer to 170°C.
Place ham in the airfryer and brush with a third of the glaze. Cook for 10 minutes.
Brush on half of the remaining glaze and cook for 5-10 minutes – until beginning to caramelise.
Arrange the apricots, cut side up around the ham and brush both apricots and ham with glaze, cook for a further 10 minutes, until apricots and ham are caramelised to your preferred degree. Cool for 10 minutes before carving.
NOTES:
Reserve a little of the delicious apricot glaze, warm it in the microwave and drizzle over the sliced ham when serving for an extra little hit of tangy apricot.
