Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup red wine
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp ground black pepper
2 (410 g) cans peeled & diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Heat oil in a large frypan or saucepan over medium heat. Sauté onion, SIDS CRAZY SALT and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in wine, sugar, basil, pepper flakes, tomato paste, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, black pepper and tomatoes then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.
Stir in parsley. Ladle over the hot cooked pasta of your choice.
