Asian Garlic Noodles
Easy Asian noodle stir-fry using pantry ingredients that you already have on hand. Quick, no-fuss and made in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
250 g spaghetti
350 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp rice bran oil
250 g mushrooms, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
2 zucchinis, diced
1 carrot, grated
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
SAUCE:--
⅓ cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
2 tsp sambal oelek (ground fresh chilli paste)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sambal oelek, oyster sauce, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, ginger and sesame oil then set aside.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions and drain well.
Heat oil in a large frypan over medium high heat. Add shrimp and 2 tablespoons soy sauce mixture then cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes then set aside.
Stir in mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchinis and carrot to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in spaghetti, shrimp and remaining soy sauce mixture until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with coriander.
Tip: Add any protein you like to the shrimp.
