Asian Pork Tenderloin

Marinated then grilled to perfection. It only takes 30 minutes and the result is a grilled pork tenderloin every one will be raving about. Whip up the marinade in the morning, marinate it while you are busy during the day and then grill it when you are ready for dinner.

Ingredients

1 kg pork tenderloins
MARINADE:--
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
⅓ cup soy sauce
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

In a small bowl mix together SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and all the marinade ingredients.
Place pork tenderloin in container and pour half of marinade over them or place them in a ziploc bag and pour half of marinade over the tenderloins. Place remaining marinade in fridge in air tight container.
Place in refrigerator for 4-8 hours to marinate.
Preheat grill to 175°C. Place tenderloins on grill and cook for 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 65°C. Rotate the tenderloins every 10 minutes and baste with remaining marinade.
Remove from grill and cover with foil. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
TIPS:
You can always bake these in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 65°C.
Freeze uncooked pork in bag with marinade. Transfer the reserved marinade to a freezer container and freeze. To use, remove bag and container from freezer and place in refrigerator overnight to thaw tenderloins and marinade. Grill as directed.
