Ingredients
680 g salmon or use four 170 g salmon fillets
3 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup raw bush honey
1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice, freshly squeezed
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp red curry paste
3 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
In a small pan on low heat, whisk together the sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, lemon juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, soy sauce, red curry paste until honey melts and blends with other ingredients.
Place salmon skin-side down in a baking dish, pour half the sauce over it, then bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to grill. Place the fish back in the oven and grill for 5-7 more minutes, brushing with the sauce.
Remove skin from the salmon, pour sauce from the baking dish back into the small pan (to the remaining half of the sauce) and reduce it slightly on medium heat. Pour the reduced sauce (glaze) over salmon. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
