Ingredients
1 tin NZ green asparagus
Thin sliced NZ smoked salmon
Fresh chives
EV olive oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Cut strips of smoked salmon 2 cm width and using the flat of your hand, roll around the asparagus then place them in a serving dish.
Sprinkle with EV olive oil, chives then SIDS SALT & PEPPER then serve.
