Ingredients

2 avocados
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp lime juice
½ tomato
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
100g fresh raw tuna
Wasabi
Soy sauce

Directions

Cut the avocados in half and take the stone out. Carefully scoop out the flesh of the avocado, making sure to keep the skins intact. Mix the lemon and lime juices then add to the flesh to avoid it from turning brown. Cut the avocado, tuna and tomato into same-sized pieces. Sprinkle tomato with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
Make the wasabi soy sauce by combining soy sauce and wasabi to your tastes.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and sauce and then spoon into the skins. Serve as a nice appetiser or a fresh, healthy lunch.
