This dressing is super healthy and is full of deliciousness. Thick, creamy and ready in 5 minutes. This is going to be your new favourite. Use it as a dip, o sandwich, or use it as a chutney.

Ingredients

1 avocado
¼ cup coriander
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ cup Greek yoghurt, low-fat
1-2 tbsp water
¼ jalapeno or 1 green chilli, optional

Directions

Toss SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
If you need to scrap the sides and add water, do it gradually. If you want to enjoy it thick and creamy, use it as it or else add more water.
Store it in an airtight container for a week and it won't go brown.
