Ingredients

¼ cup chopped coriander
¼ cup chopped mint
3 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp coarse chopped pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fine chopped preserved lemon peel
Salt
4 ripe avocados, halved, pits removed
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR

Directions

Mix coriander, mint, oil, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice and preserved lemon peel in a small bowl then season dressing with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Spoon over and into avocados then sprinkle with SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR.
