Ingredients
4 light flatbreads
1 avocado peeled & pitted
2 tsp lemon juice
⅓ cup fat free Greek yoghurt
⅓ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh parsley
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1 tomato, diced
Lettuce leaves
Directions
Place avocado and lemon juice in a bowl. Mash until almost smooth. (a few little chunks are ok)
Stir in yoghurt, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, dill, parsley and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Add chicken and celery then mix well.
Place one flatbread on your surface. Top with lettuce and tomato. Add chicken mixture and roll snugly. Slice in half and serve.
