Ingredients
340 g tuna, drained
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
3 spring onions, thinly sliced, plus
½ orange capsicum, chopped
1 dash SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 pinch garlic salt, to taste
2 ripe avocados, halved & pitted
Directions
Stir together tuna, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, spring onions, capsicum and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR in a bowl. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and garlic salt, then pack the avocado halves with the tuna mixture. Garnish with reserved spring onions and a dash of black pepper before serving.
