Ingredients
Knob of butter
12 peeled shallots
1½ tbsp flour
1 cup water
3 cups shelled baby peas or 500 g Surprise peas
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Melt butter in a frypan and sauté shallots until golden brown. Stir in flour and water then boil. Add peas, SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Return to the boil, cover and cook 15-20 minutes on a low heat. If excess liquid, remove the lid until it evaporates. Serve.
