Ingredients
120 g bacon, diced
2 onions, thinly sliced
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
250 g cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Butter
Spring onions
Directions
Line crockpot with foil, leaving enough to cover the potatoes when finished.
Layer half each of the bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in Crock Pot. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and dot with butter. Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. Dot with butter.
Cover with remaining foil then cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours.
Notes: Great to serve for a brunch.
