Ingredients
6 large uncooked tortillas
9 large eggs
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp butter
1 cup Mexican cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
Directions
Preheat a large nonstick pan over medium high heat. Place a tortilla on the hot frypan and cook until both sides are golden, then transfer it to a plate. Repeat until all the tortillas are cooked.
In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, salt, SIDS CRAZY SALT and heavy whipping cream. Whisk until fluffy.
Using the same pan on medium heat, add the butter and eggs. Stir the eggs with a spatula, gently creating ribbons and scrambling them.
Lay a tortilla flat, then add the scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon in the centre.
Fold over two opposite sides to enclose the filling, then roll the tortilla up tightly into a burrito. Repeat the process. Store the burritos in airtight containers until you're ready to enjoy them.
