Bacon Pineapple Capsicum Poppers

8 small orange capsicums
250 g cream cheese at ambient
580 g can crush pineapple, drained
500 g thin sliced bacon


Slice capsicums lengthways into quarters and discard seeds and core.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy then add pineapple and stir until thoroughly combined.
Spread cream cheese mixture into capsicum quarters then wrap in bacon rashers then arrange on an oven tray that has been sprayed with oil.
Bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crisp. Baste with SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and continue baking for 5 more minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
