Ingredients
2 sheets flaky pastry
10 rashers rindless streaky bacon
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Join the 2 sheets of pastry by wetting the edge and crimping together with a fork. Roll out the pastry even thinner until it measures about 60x30 cm. Lay the bacon across the pastry, sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and roll up tightly, (like a spring roll) sealing the end by wetting with water and crimping with a fork. Preheat oven to 200°C.
Using a serrated edge knife, cut into 1 cm thick slices and place on an oiled baking tray. Bake in oven for 10 minutes then turn over and bake another 5 minutes until crispy and puffy. Cool a bit on a wire rack then serve.
