Ingredients
1 medium head cabbage
500 g bacon
Sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Slice cabbage into wedges or into large chunks then lightly sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
Wrap each wedge or chunk with bacon securing with a toothpick at each end.
Place into a pan and bake for 30 minutes. Flip cabbage over and bake an additional 15 minutes until cabbage is tender and bacon is crisp.
Serve immediately.
