Ingredients
6 figs
6 strips of bacon
2 tbsp bush honey
6 twigs of rosemary
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
ORANGE & HONEY VINAIGRETTE:--
2 cups SIDS HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE
2 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice
Directions
Cut figs into quarters. (try not to cut all the way through) Dip twigs of rosemary in honey. (coat thoroughly) Place the honey-dipped rosemary in the centre of the fig. Wrap fig with bacon then lightly brush with honey. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER, then bake at 160°C for about 15-20 minutes until bacon has the golden crispy crust.
Whisk SIDS HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE with orange juice then drizzle the vinaigrette on top of the bacon-wrapped figs and serve!
