Ingredients
250 g sliced bacon, cut into thirds
850 g pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
¼ cup chilli sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place on a rack in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and chilli sauce then pour over the bacon wrapped pineapple.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes in the oven, until bacon is crispy on the edges and the sauce is bubbly. Drizzle sauce over them and serve warm.
