Ingredients
4 whole centre cut fillet of sirloin
8 strips bacon
½ cup LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
¼ cup rice bran oil
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme, stems removed
Directions
In a large ziploc bag or pan, combine LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, rice bran oil, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, garlic, rosemary and thyme until well combined.
Coat steaks in marinade mixture and and then wrap 2 strips of bacon around edge and secure with toothpicks or kitchen string.
Marinade for 1 hour or up to a day, rotating halfway through to both sides to marinate equally.
Cook over a hot grill until steaks are desired doneness.
