Ingredients
2 bananas, skin on
2 Flake chocolate bars
2 clove of black garlic, very fine chopped
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 tsp runny honey
2 tsp of brown sugar
4 tbsp dark rum
Vanilla ice cream for serving

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix together the Flake bar, finely chopped black garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT, honey and sugar.
Place the banana on a piece of foil. Make a slit along the top of the banana through the skin and half way through the flesh. Stuff the mixture inside the slit then pour over the rum.
Make a parcel with the foil. Place the foil parcel in a baking dish then put into the oven for 20 minutes. Remove banana from the foil and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
Hint: for Black Garlic, roast garlic in the oven until brown.
