Ingredients
500 g ground chicken
½ cup milk
½ cup quick oats
1 egg
½ large onion, finely diced
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, knead SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the ingredients together. Let them sit for about 30 minutes so the flavours can meld together.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Using a large ice cream scoop, portion and shape the meatballs. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the meatballs for about 30 minutes, until browned on the outside and the internal temperature has reached 75°C.
