Ingredients
500 g salmon fillet
½ cup pesto sauce
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Slice the salmon into equal-sized pieces.
Place skin-side down on a baking dish, season the salmon with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and apply a few spoonfuls of pesto to each piece.
Bake the salmon for about 12 minutes. (depending on the thickness of the fillet, it may need more or less time) You'll know the salmon is ready when the internal temperature reaches 63°C. Enjoy.
