Ingredients

1 kg beef flank
500 g asparagus, snap off ends
500 g broccoli, chopped into bite-size
½ purple onion, chopped into bite-size
1 orange bell pepper, chopped into bite-size
1 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Rub both sides of the beef with oil and salt. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
Add veggies to the baking tray, season them with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Continue baking beef for another 7-10 minutes, depending on how well you want it done. Grill beef on HIGH for about a minute, to brown it.
Remove beef from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes. Slice it into strips and serve it with the veggies.
