Ingredients
500 g dry ziti pasta
1 onion, chopped
500 g ground beef
2x 240 g jars spaghetti sauce
1½ cups sour cream
340 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta and cook until al denté, about 8 minutes, then drain.
In a large frypan, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Butter a baking dish. Layer as follows: ½ of the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, ½ sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce mixture. Top with a sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven, until cheeses are melted.
