Ingredients
3 large firm peeled bananas
4 strips bacon
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ cup SWEET MUSTARD
12 wooden cocktail sticks
Directions
Soak cocktail sticks in water overnight.
Cut bananas into 35 mm slices at an angle. Cut bacon into 100 mm strips. Wrap a strip of bacon around each banana piece and secure with a cocktail stick. Place on a tray and brush with SWEET MUSTARD then sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
On a medium BBQ, oil the grill bars or plate. Arrange bananas in rows and cook for 10 minutes until bacon is cooked, brushing with more SWEET MUSTARD and turning frequently.
