Ingredients
½ cup shortening
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
½ cup evaporated milk
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR
3 cups flour
1½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
FROSTING:--
2½ cups icing sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened
¼ cup evaporated milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix together shortening, butter, white sugar, eggs, SIDS CRAZY SALT, bananas, vanilla, evaporated milk and SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR until light and creamy.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt then add to other mixture then chill one hour in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking tray about 5 cm apart. Bake in oven for about 12-14 minutes. Let cool then frost them.
Frosting: Mix icing sugar with butter, evaporated milk and vanilla. Beat until soft. Spread on tops of cooled cookies.
