3 large ripe bananas
3 eggs
1½ cup oats


Mash bananas in a medium-sized bowl until there are no lumps.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and SIDS CRAZY SALT until smooth. Add them to the mashed bananas. Stir to combine.
Toss the oats into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until you get a flour-like texture.
Add the ground oats to the mashed banana mixture. Stir to combine.
Preheat a large frypan with a bit of butter. Brown each pancake on each side until golden brown. (about 1-2 minutes) Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
