Ingredients
2 fresh baps
4 eggs
¼ tsp baking powder
75-100 ml cream
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
2 tbsp butter
4 slices smoked salmon
Sprinkle of rocket
Directions
Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk together with the cream, baking powder and a little SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Cut the baps in half and cover each side with a little butter.
Place the baps butter side down in a hot pan and toast. Remove from the frying pan and place onto two plates.
Pour a little SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL into the frying pan, pour in the egg mixture and stir continuously until the egg begins to thicken.
Divide the scramble egg between the bagels.
Place the washed and dried rocket on top and garnish with the smoked salmon.
