Ingredients
12 pacific oysters, whole or half shell
1 tbsp butter
¼ tsp garlic salt
1 tsp SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
Directions
Barbecue Garlic Butter: heat butter, sauté garlic until it softens then add SIDS GARLIC SAUCE to taste.
Place oysters (cup side down) on grill. Oysters will steam in their own juices until they just open - about 3-4 minutes. Remove them from the grill. (I use leather gloves or tongs with a towel) Shuck oysters, they’ll be easy because they’ve already opened a crack. Place back on the grill and baste them with the barbecue-garlic butter. When oysters curl and sauce is bubbling around the edges, serve immediately.
