Ingredients
150 g goat cheese, at ambient
¼ cup EV olive oil
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
25 large basil leaves
2 tsp EV olive oil, as needed

Directions
Stir goat cheese, ¼ cup olive oil and lemon juice together in a small bowl then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Place a spoonful of goat cheese mixture onto each basil leaf. Wrap the basil leaf around the goat cheese to form a ball then skewer with a toothpick. Drizzle with olive oil.
