Ingredients

1½ cups flour
4 tbsp cornflour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1½ cups hot water

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix SIDS SALT & PEPPER and the dry ingredients. Add the water and mix together very well. Completely cover and coat whatever with the batter. Deep fry until golden brown.
Drain well on paper towels.
